2. About LHUPC-AED

LHUPC-AED (Let's Help Underprivileged Children / Aidons les Enfants Défavorisés) is a humanitarian nonprofit organization registered in Haiti, dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children through education, health, community development, and environmental programs. • LHUPC-AED will allocate donated funds to the programs and projects described on the website, while maintaining the right to redirect funds where the need is greatest

• Tax receipts may be issued upon request, subject to applicable laws
• Donors may request anonymity for their contributions

5. Child Sponsorship

Our child sponsorship program connects donors with specific children in need. By sponsoring a child, you agree to make regular monthly contributions as specified. Sponsorship funds are used for the child's education, healthcare, nutrition, and general welfare. While we strive to maintain your connection with your sponsored child, circumstances may require us to reassign your sponsorship. We will notify you of any such changes. Photos and information about sponsored children are shared with consent from their guardians.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, photographs, videos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of LHUPC-AED and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
